Black Swatch has been working with Platino Properties for many years creating branding and marketing materials to showcase their luxury properties. Creating project logo’s, brochures, eNewsletters, signage, display suites, promotional material, digital and print ads, flyers, sales books, and much more. Black Swatch has also provided designs for all retail campaigns in Chatswood Place Shopping Centre.
This logo represents the fig trees which are in a row along the frontage of the development. The is a contemporary approach reflecting the contemporary design of the townhouses. The font is clean, minimal and not pretentious.
A 16pp brochure designed to showcase the development which includes, location map, renders, plans and details the buyers need.
Sales display books are essential for giving buyers clear visuals and info of the project. These include summary of area, renders, floor plates and plans, fixtures and much more.
Hoarding here was wrapped around the side of the site. The branding and visuals were clean and enticing to capture the passing traffic.
